Never answers the phone, doesn't return fall calls, and fails to help patients with prescription medication!
I had an MRI done here and the tech that performed MRI was pleasant, even when the machine stalled and I had to wait until it was operational. The lady in front desk before getting MRI and when I made phone call to office for follow up question, lack professionalism when talking to them.
