Rude. Yelling all over the place. The front desk had an attitude seemed over whelmed like needs a break or vacation too much for so early in the morning. Awful service, awful staff, they need the order to schedule and won't schedule without the order at front than they will bill your insurance thousands and do fraud on the insurance with your order, be aware. I do not recommend.
I have been coming with my mother to A.T Radiology for years. This is an excellent, caring place to go. The customer service. Melissa S. at the Haines City call center was super and accommodating and professional. She helped me with my mother's appointment change to open MRI and she really went the extra mile! The worst experience no matter what for schedule, questions, appointments everything. I am going with a STAT referral, they didn't have appointments. The closest one was in Lake Wales and I am from Davenport. They couldn't perform the two studies at the same time due to billing issues with the insurance. I had to wait for my appointment, receive messages confirming the appointment (up to the day before). I arrived at the scheduled appointment and I didn't have an appointment.
