GO ELSEWHERE!!! Had to pay their determination of copay before they would even schedule an appointment. I paid on credit card including their service fee. After my insurance paid, they charged me again plus another service fee, this time a higher amount, without advising me. When I questioned the double payment and notified my credit card company, I finally received a credit for my first payment however no refund on the service fee. I have other options for this service and will go elsewhere!!!
Absolutely awful. I scheduled like I was told to and when I drove 40 minutes to get there found out the scheduler screwed up and didn’t schedule me for what I needed. They could not get me in for another week. Inept.
They take too long with the results of the studies, I’ve been waiting for results for 3 days and they still haven’t read them. They need to improve with their radiologists and the advancement of readings.
