A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO I HAD BEEN WAITING FOR INSURANCE APPROVAL ON MRI AND TO GET APPOINTMENT FOR MY KNEE. SUHELEN RIVERA WAS KIND ENOUGH TO UNDERSTAND HOW MUCH PAINT I WAS ON AND HOW FRUSTRATED I WAS AFTER WAITING CLOSE TO A MONTH FOR THIS APPOINTMENT AS INSURANCE WAS NOT COOPERATING. SUHELEN HELP ME GET THE APPROVAL AND SHE ALSO MADE MY APPOINTMENT AND CALL ME BACK AFTER MY PERSONAL VISIT TO THEIR OFFICE. EVERYTIME I VISIT THIS OFFICE SHE HAVE A SMILE, CORDIAL AND WILLING TO LISTEN AND HELP YOU OUT.
I give a 5 start only for a reason is for the beauty queens in the front know how to listen the people and today was awesome all of them was happy and funny for the Goya puerto rican stuff and i going to gave only 1 start the guy take the x rays is so very rude tell me what happend i telling the situation and he tell me to no say nothing more i dont wanna heard the all story and that was rude from him
Arlene, Luis leon are amazing The level of professionalism and empathy was definitely outstanding ! I have been to several appointments beyond limits at this point suffering from Crohn's disease for the last 4 years and a smile a personal care and above all empathy does so much for me!! Thank you!!
I had an excellent experience at this radiology center. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth from check-in to the end of my visit.
