DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! I would rate this practice with ZERO stars if it was available to select. They are dishonest in their Billing practices. I recommend confirming your insurance company has received the submission from the practice in a timely manner. I visited ATR November 2024 and thought all was fine. I returned for a follow-up in March 2025 and was advised I had to pay $251.00 due to my insurance company stating it would be applied to my deductible. Over 20 minutes on hold in an attempt to schedule an appointment. Should have known this place was a joke when the recorded phone message used poor English. Would not recommend this place.
Customer service it’s really bad the lady on front desk has an attitude since the moment you walk in this place it’s getting really bad has come here since 2020 and it’s just getting worse and am worse. AT radiology should provide classes of customer service
I want to let everyone know what a great experience I had at A T radiology In Lake Wales. The women, Maria, Nohelani, And Jazmarie were absolutely awesome . What great service they gave me water, they gave me a doughnut and made me feel like I was part of a family. The customer service was an A+.
