Very disappointed with the service received when my hearing aid was not functioning and was told to call for an appointment instead of first checking
If I could give more stars I would. They really took care and helped my son who has slight learning disabilities. He has had hearing aids since he was 4 and now that he is 23 he no longer gets help from the state. So we decided to look around at different places to go. So glad we picked advanced tech hearing. They helped him to get the best hearing aids and the best deals. He was so excited to go from just normal hearing aids to high tech ones. This is a review of the Livio Edge AI. I tried out this hearing aid for several days. Highlights: * Thrive app easily connected to my iPhone, was easy to use, and gave me complete control over my hearing aids. The features of the app that impressed me were the Body tracking (tracks steps, activity and overall movement) and Brain tracking (measures how much of your day you spend socializing and actively listening) and then combining those two for a daily wellness score. Cannot share high enough praises! After years of being ignored by the only local Lewisburg ENT who just kept telling her that her hearing was fine, in fact better than his, she finally sent to see Advanced Tech Hearing. From the start, they were friendly and welcoming. Then, they knocked it out of the park. They diagrammed out the results of her last hearing test (the one that was SO normal) so that she could see that she did have hearing loss.
