I'm sharing a personal experience that taught me a valuable lesson. On December 27, 2023, I called a technician, Joseph, because my heating system wasn't working. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue as a motor blower problem, estimating the cost to be around $650. I agreed to proceed. Ok so my ac quit in July! Of course! I took my time and got multiple estimates from different companies! Learned a ton about hvac! After a bunch of research and speaking with many area companies I went with advanced tech. Josh their sales guy was unbelievable. He explained the entire process.
