I have been getting my taxes taken care of through Advance Tax Services for about 3 or 4 years now and I've never had a problem with them. Once I had to drive to Atlanta to pick up my check and the atmosphere was typically like any other tax preparer business, I was greeted and told to have a seat and someone would be with me shortly. This is the absolute worse place in the world to get your taxes done! They are scammers and do stuff under the table that you have no idea about and have no customer service what so ever. Shaquala Smith is the worst of them all.. She has no real knowledge of the job and tried to charge me an extra 500$ on the side on top of the 600$ that went to the company before i even got my money back!
