Please do yourself a favor and NEVER go to Advanced Tax Service.. All of their so called tax professionals are very uneducated and have horrible customer service. I went to Shaquala Smith and she didnt have knowledge of the new system that they had and was the reason i almost had to file identity theft, yes the so called tax professional!
