We had an awesome experience with Dean! What a nice guy! We put in an urgent request for our flooding basement and he came the next day. He was super honest with us about our situation and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. He told us it wasn't a foundation issue, but a landscaping issue. So therefore, we didn't need his services. But he continued to walk us through our house and exterior anyway.
