I have been trying to contact this company for months about a warranty transfer request on a house we purchased that they did foundation work on. No call backs, no answers, nothing. Was simply going to hand over the fee to transfer the warranty but I'm guessing they didn't want to continue to warranty the work or something. We are clearly out of the 45 day transfer period now so there's no reason to keep trying.

We had steel beams put in our basement from this company to stop the leaking in our basement. We started seeing breaking & splitting in our floor joists. Didn’t know what was causing this so hired a structural engineer to give us a report. They said the beams were not put in properly. Been trying to get this repaired by this company for almost a year & a half. We keep on getting the run around from Advanced Systems & they have not stood behind their warranty. Plus our basement never stopped leaking.

At first, everything seemed great but as time has gone on, I’m astounded at the way this company operates and treats people! We hired them to do an egress window and put in a sump pump. The installation seemed smooth and was done in less than a week. A year later, our entire basement flooded because the outside around the window was not sealed.
