One star is for the surgeon and nursing staff, who were very helpful. Zero stars are for the complete morons who they outsource their billing to. I overpaid as I was required to on the day of my surgery. After being lied to several times about my refund being sent, I finally received it 4 months later. Now they are sending me a bill saying I owe them because one of their idiot employees cannot seem to perform basic math. They demanded payment up front, then charged me four times more than my insurance copay ended up being. I've been calling for months trying to get a refund. First they said it would take 4-6 weeks, then later they bumped it up to 90 days. It's past all of those deadlines and still no money. Buyer beware.
The staff was super nice! Penny was incredible and so was my anesthesiologist but I can’t remember his name! Also if anyone needs an amazing ENT I highly recommend Dr Christopher Bell! He’s the one that did my surgery at advanced surgery center.
Second time here, absolutely amazing. The staff is always so wonderful and friendly. Stacy was extra awesome. Thank you to the staff for taking such lovely care of me.
I highly recommend this center for all of your minor surgical needs. I had a procedure on my foot and from the preoperative care from Christy, the operative care from Reanna and her partner and the recovery staff Joy, it was a most easy and non- stressful event.
