From start to finish, it was a five star experience for sure! Not bragging at all, but someone that has been through quite a bit of moderate to severe surgeries. This was by far the best experience. Janice was wonderful during my aftercare and just truly made feel like I was the only one there. She’s a true angel and God bless you Janice, as well as, everyone there!!
11/14 had a reverse shoulder replacement .. Dr Brian Schofield was my Orthopedic doc, Dr Dlunyezski was my anestheologist .. My prep nurses , Alli and Sarah and Tina was my post surgery nurse .. This was an amazing team .. the facility was spotless and I felt so comfortable from the time Rosa met me at the front desk and helped me get admitted !! This is the dream team for sure !! 100% recommend this team !!
Beware of the billing center with crediting your account I had surgery in September 2023 and my insurance company paid their portion of the final bill I paid the outstanding balance in Full and 7 months later I started getting phone calls and threatening letters from advance surgery centers collection agency . Once I provided paid receipts showing the payment in full from 7 months earlier . I received a phone call back stating they were sorry and my account was paid in full 7 months earlier. I could not have asked for better care, from entering the front door to going home a few hours later. The pre-op team made me feel nice, comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Glasser and the nurse anesthetist kept me calm right up to the point of me going under. Waking up while getting wheeled to post-op, the pain management provided was exceptional.
