I had a knee replacement 8 days ago. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to have it. Everyone was very empathetic and supportive to my anxiety. The nurses were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately on my release papers I can only make out her initials: ML, the world needs more compassionate healthcare professionals like you.

I had a surgery at Advanced Surgery Center of Bethesda in November 2023. The surgery went well. However, I was notified that there is a refund check that was mailed out to me in April 2025. This is more than 1 year after my surgery. The check was sent to my old address, a house that was sold so I don't have access to its mailbox anymore. I called and talked to a lady named Gonzalez in April 2025. She said she will mail out the check to my new address. I waited a month and no check was mailed out. Everyone here was great. No complaints about the people who work here. The reason that I'm not giving this place a higher rating is because of the way they bill. There is no online payment portal. It is the 21st century and they want their patients to pay via check or sending your credit card information, all of your credit card information, through the mail. They seem a little behind the times regarding payment

Everything is online and there are apps for everything. How is this place so behind the times with this?
