Dr. James Hartman and his staff were very professional and had a sincere interest in my well-being. My nasal/sinus surgery has greatly improved my breathing and quality of life. Dr. Hartman and his staff are committed to total customer satisfaction and excellence.
I can’t believe the bad reviews. My cataract eye surgeon was Dr. Michael Stock. Both appointments 10/23/24 for the left eye and 11/11/24 for the right eye couldn’t have went smoother. The up front desk assistance were very nice and helpful. All the nurses and the anesthesiologist were very kind, supportive and efficient with all the patients coming through. I had cataract surgery yesterday and had a wonderful experience! Front desk was very helpful. I had received a call a few days prior to see if I had any questions and they told me I would not have a co pay on day of surgery. We arrived early since coming from illinois so they had my file all ready to be called for surgery prep. All nurses and staff were so kind and courteous and instantly put me at ease. Horrible staff upfront..very rude old ladies. took a day off work to help mother in law out.got here at 9 a.m. and 1030 roles around and was informed appointment wasn't til 10:55 after they told us we were an hour early ...you need to hire more customer oriented staff upfront....never gonna recommend this place to anyone ever...hope the actual doctors have some decency and better customer service skills
