You're dealing with human lives here. Front desk is unknowledgeable continues to delay even though my father has cancer. Authorization is unavailable to communicate it's been a month and they're saying theyre not sure if they can take the insurance and need prior authorization; and to come back next week. Same line for the past 4 weeks. The insurance is traditional Medicare you don't need prior authorization. Don't let your loved ones come here. It's a waste of time and you'll be risking their lives.
I called for a few days, but no one answered.
Their office doesn't answer their phones. Been calling over a week and have yet to ever reach a person.
The doctors are very good, but the office NEVER answers the phone. Ridiculous service for an office that treats patients with life-threatening illnesses. I hate to have to find another doctor, but it has gotten so bad, I have no other choice.
Years of experience and did my gallstone surgery. Communicates amazing and such a friendly doctor! His staff and office is so nice ! Thank you
