A representative whose first name was George came to take care of a scratch that I didn't notice I had until a few days after our countertop was installed. Not only did he "fix" the scratch, but he showed me how to take care of it myself the next time it happens. He did a great job. I was very greatful. I suggested that the company should let him "teach" all new Staron owners how to take care of minor scratches.
