Most clinics or offices usually have a 15 mins grace period for late arrivals. This place does not! The therapist did not see us just cause we were a bit late. It is so difficult to get an appointment in the first place.
I would give this place a zero if I could. When I called to make an appointment, I was told there was no parking for this facility, but I could find a parking spot easily on the street. When I got there, it was very hard to find a parking spot. When I finally parked my car and walked with an elderly who had fractured ankle to the address given, we couldn't find their facility. I’ve been going to advanced sports for several years now after hip & back surgeries. Thanks to the commitment and dedication that Aiysha has, your road to recovery isn’t hard work but it becomes pleasurable.
