This gym is fantastic! I've been a member for over a year, and I highly recommend it. The group classes are excellent, and the community is friendly and motivating. The coaches are all amazing and truly committed to helping you get the best workout possible.

Easily the best gym I've been to and its worth every penny. Mike, Keahn, Jesse, Kat, Melinda and the whole team are great. They have great senses of humor and they give constructive feedback while you are working out. Trainers at my previous gyms seemed too busy to give feedback in real time and I always knew I was having fun working out, but working out improperly. Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and fitness. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and really take the time to ensure you’re using proper form. The workouts are always challenging but scalable for all levels. The facility is always clean, there is a variety of equipment used in the workouts which keeps you wanting to go back. Also s/o to the sound system and playlists that make a 6am workout enjoyable!
