Dr Johnson is phenomenal. I’ve gone here for 7+ years and always had a positive experience. Over the past year I have called dozens of times, left several voicemails, and emailed all to no response. The administrative quality of the practice took a nose dive. No real issues with care or interactions with staff when I’ve been at the clinic, but they don’t seem able to facilitate proper continuity of care anymore. Despite Dr. Johnson being great, I’m going to have to seek other care.

The very best!! Front desk Emily is wonderful The staff very professional , friendly, and goes to every length to provide the best up to date care! There are not enough words for Dr Johnson!!!!!! 100 Stars!!!!

Front desk hung up on me. I explained I am on a health sharing plan which is essentially self pay because I get reimbursed after paying them. She asked for DOB (i have high credit score and no outstanding bills) and hung up. I called back and no answer so clearly I've been blacklisted. I feel uneasy about a doctor who treats prospects like this and thought that others should know the kind of people that run it. It also rubbed me the wrong way that she grilled me about money right out of the gate without even seeking to help.

Aside from being a great doctor with a great education and several accolades, that’s not the best thing about him. The best thing is that he actually cares about his patients. I was worried about possibly having bone cancer and Dr. Johnson went out of his way to read my MRI at home on a Saturday afternoon letting me know that I did not need to worry. I call that going above and beyond.
