The front staff were friendly enough, and the injecting doctor was very kind. However, I was overcharged. The office manager was dismissive when I expressed concern to her about the charges because of what their scheduler told me over the phone. It was only when I got my referring doctor involved that they decided to take my concerns seriously. They are currently rebilling my insurance because they overcharged me and got caught. The staff and doctor were so helpful and accommodating! I can’t say enough about how impressed I was start to finish.
