I saw a PA at this practice for multi-region back pain. He did not examine all the areas I reported hurting and gave me zero guidance on what to do or avoid while waiting for the MRI he ordered — which he didn’t even tell me what part of the back it was for. When I called to ask whether the MRI could cover both my lower and thoracic back, a medical assistant told me my insurance would be less likely to cover imaging for more than one area.
