My husband was in the brainerd ER this past wednesday (5/6/26) with swelling pain and hard to breathe from infection on one side of his face. We were sent to see Dr KRAFT at Advanced Specialty Associates in Baxter. Luckily, Dr KRAFT was able to see him immediately. While in the exam room with Dr KRAFT and his assistant, who was keying in the intake form my husband had filled out. I had a facial injury to my face Dr. Waters took care of it and you can hardly see the scar. He is the BEST.
Don’t recommend this place. If I could give it 0 stars I would. They were rude the second I walked in. Every question I asked I got laughed at. Very condescending. They talk down to you as if you’re completely stupid. They do not make you feel comfortable in any way.
Avoid this office at all costs. They will screw up the billing and you'll be left holding the bag, and they will threaten to damage your credit.
