I'm giving Advanced Spas 5-stars for the product. It is outstanding. I'd give 4 stars for the actual process, and even that wasn't entirely their fault but a problem with their supplier. My story is that I had a 5-year old swim spa and the cover was starting to tear in places and was remarkably heavy from the moisture from the spa and from rain. DO NOT BUY! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY! Ours is bubbling, cracking and filled with water. My wife can't even lift it. We contacted Jeff 5 years ago (2020) about these issues and each time he told us a replacement was "in the works"...then, nothing. About every 6 months we have sent friendly reminders, and the process would start over again. We have been friendly, and understanding, but that has not produced any results. Now Jeff will not return calls, texts or emails. We just want our money back at this point.
Outstanding Cover. Outstanding service. We ordered a custom motorized cover for a big Swim Spa that we had quit using because the older factory cover was worn and an pain in the a**. Patrick and his team delivered and installed an extremely well built cover that will stand up to harsh Trout Lake Washington winters and allow us to use our swim spa year round. VERY HAPPY. Although it seems expensive (almost as much as the spa), it is a lifetime product, and worth every penny.
We met the team @ the Seattle Home Show and immediately were impressed with the craftsmanship and quality of the covers. They came to install within the timeframe chosen as well. Very professional and courteous. We had a windstorm and did not have clips on the sides, so Patrick made a special trip on a Friday to help out and install new clips. They go out of their way to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Looking forward to a long life with our cover from Advanced Spa Covers!!!
