I was not new to solar, as I had done a fair amount of research and implemented a 15kwh pilot project at Purdue University Fort Wayne, and I also applied for and won a grant to implement a 50kwh project for PFW as well. I went through an extensive bid process for that project, receiving quotes from multiple providers.
