Went yesterday amazing cleaning
I have been a patient of Advanced Smile Design since this practice has been at the Willow Grove location. I am very happy with the care I have received. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The hygienists are as gentle as possible. Dr. Patel explains what needs to be done if dental work is required. He is quick and efficient without rushing. My experiences at this practice have all been good.
I dread going to this place. Every time is bad news. I go in with no pain and I come out with a referral for a root canal. Their appointment times and flexibility are subpar, their regard for "bedside manner" is laughable, and I always end up feeling worse leaving rather than better in either my physical teeth or my confidence in my smile.
