This is a great dental office! My Dentist Dr S,Gonzalez well she’s a real gem! Very good at her job. Painless Dr that really does all she can so your comfortable,pain free, caring, explained it all. And she’s very skilled. That practice was lucky to get her! And she’s patient with scared, and prior damaged patients that sit in her chair. She’s brought back my self esteem and hope for the ability to eat steak whenever I want again! Thank you !
Our winter home is in The Big Bend Area , We were coming to San Antonio for another health related appointment for my wife . Most advanced dental care I’ve ever experienced. Very thorough, and they clearly care about your long term health. Super affordable for what you get! Very kid friendly too!
Always punctual, friendly and efficient care. My teeth have benefited from the expertise ar Advanced Smile Care. Everyone from front desk, hygienist (Patricia is responsible for making me become a good self care person), Dr. Benjamin and Dr. Thomas seem to actually care!!
Would never return to this location or recommend it to anyone after the way that I was treated here. Want to preface the review by saying that my frustration lies with the front office and billing/insurance department, not with the dentist herself. When I came in for an initial visit, I was told that my insurance was in network. I gave very detailed information about the plan type and I have a voicemail from the front desk associate agreeing and confirming that my plan was in network.
