Forget the patient just give us your money! This place seems to be all about making as much money as they can. I felt like they were trying to co-erce me into appointments and proceedures that I am not sure I needed. It was all very pushy. I have gone there twice, and the second time they said that they told me things the first time--about my treatment- that they definitely didn't. Advanced Smile Care provides quality dental care. The staff are friendly and professional. I had a great experience with having a crown put on my tooth. Dr. Thomas and his assistant were exceptional. I had a previous bad experience with another dental office when I had a crown put on another tooth some years ago. Dr. Thomas was very thorough, explaining everything to me which was reassuring. He even took the time to call me to find out how I was doing after the procedure. I am very pleased with the crown. Thank you!

Very good service but extremely difficult to deal with when it comes to financial issues want all the money they can get from you and claim your insurance doesn't ever cover much that it's cosmetic everything they do .. Always do procedures with out letting you know your about to pay 2000$ for ..paid for my braces cash then they tried to tell me that I all of a sudden needed a 3000$ gum treatment the day before I get them put on and they don't wanna continue with the braces if I didn't get it done ... They always are changing the amount I owe. I was going into the dentist thinking I owed them $200, but then when i got there, they said i had a past due amount of $1600. Then Dr. Cavasos got involved, and before asking me any questions, he said, "we need to be careful, before we start getting accusatory here" in which i was not accusing him of anything. Dr Crouch, his dental assistants, and the staff are top notch, in that respect I can highly recommend them. They are very helpful and go out of their way to make you comfortable during your procedure. I personally had only extractions accomplished there because I wanted research other options. Which brings me to the only negative I can say, the price you pay per extraction, along with dentures, is about $1,000 plus more than what other quality dentists charge for the same procedures. Had my exam and cleaning there last week and they made me comfortable the entire time. The person at the front was really nice and gave me a tour and even made my coffee for me. Dr. Crouch and Kelly were really good and they even showed me real pictures of my teeth instead of old xrays. I will definitely stay with them especially since they have free whitening for life.
