Great service! My snowblower broke on Sunday, A.S.E. Picked up on Monday and had it back to me on Tuesday saving me a whole lot of shovelling. Highly recommend for sales and service.
Terrible experience. Called to have parts ordered. When picking up, the price was not what I was originally quoted and then was hit with freight fees on top which was also never discussed over the phone. Much cheaper to order online within canada and shipped directly to my door.
Over the weekend my walk behind snowblower started acting up. I called Monday morning figuring at least a week before it could be picked up and longer to get it fixed. I mean, in all honesty, it's winter and a busy shop. Never in my mind would I have expected to be told it would be picked up that day and an even bigger shock to be called the next day and told it was fixed and they could drop it off. Any and all service work I need I'll be coming back for sure
Update Aug 13/24 - just picked up my utility trailer from Chris and the A.S.E. Team today who did yet another fantastic job with great customer service! I asked if they would replace my hitch receiver because the old one wasn’t sitting properly on the ball and it felt unsafe. Not only did they order a great replacement receiver, they un-seized the existing bolts and added a weld for added safety. Just a really great place for buying equipment/supplies and repairs/service.
