Terrible after service. Tracie is rude and disrespectful. Had to go elsewhere to get my brand new Skag fixed. Brutal experience with them.
TOTAL OVERCHARGE FOR DOING NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I brought them two lawnmowers and 1 leaf blower they charged me $347.00. All they did was empty the old fuel then they put $2.00 worth of new fuel they put two new spark plugs $15 for both they changed the oil in both mowers the repairs that needed to be done they didn't touch. They charge $240 an hour and they refused to do any repairs. Thanks for nothing. BEFORE BRINGING YOUR MOWER CHANGE YOUR FUEL THAT IS PROBABLY THE REASON IT WONT START. Bought a 30” Scag and a 21”. Did not like the 30”machine. The owner was unwilling to do anything to help me. Told me to call the manufacturer or put it on Facebook. It has already started falling apart. One blade won’t stay on. The hour counter is not hooked up. The wheel swivel pin has broken. I’ve only used it two days.
