Brought my old Snapper in for repair and they made it run as good as new for a reasonable price.
They picked up my mower one day for maintenance and repair. They returned it the next day with all work completed. It’s mid-winter so they were careful to replace old gasoline with new gas that had stabilizer in it so that I don’t have to worry about freezing. They replaced a dull blade. I started the engine, and it started immediately. I’m happy to report that I am all set for spring. Workers were communicative, courteous, and reliable.
After two years of patronage, we will no longer be supporting this company. We dropped off one of our snow-blowers in Nov 2018. It's Feb 2020 and we still do not have it. They lost it, never compensated us for it, and have given us the run-around with lame excuses for years now. Would rather drive 50 miles to another company than hire them again.
Made an inadequate repair that broke with first use.
