I got a surgery for deviated septum last year but still my snoring problem was prevalent. I was referred to advanced sleep by my family doctor. I got a call same day from their MOA to book an appointment. It was quick and they sent reminders for appointment as well. I am on a free CPAP trial right now, anytime i have a problem i book a phone appointment same day with ash and he is prompt in resolving. Overall i am very satisfied with my experience with Advanced sleep.
Recently started my sleep apnea therapy. Ash is my therapist and he is very kind man. Appointment booking was hassle free. They did put me on waitlist for a cpap device but i didnt have to wait too long to receive it. The one month trial was free. They explained me all.the insurance procedure and helped me out with it. I am really happy to be associated with them.
All my appointments were free of charge till i had to purchase the device. This was the best thing about this clinic. I was associated with another famous sleep clinic in Vancouver but i was really disappointed with that one so i switched to advanced sleep. They call me every 6 months for a free follow-up appointment. I recommend it to everyone with snoring problem. Therapists are very professional.
