Amazing practice, everyone in the office is super helpful and extremely friendly. Definitely recommend going here for your sleep study!
If Mandy wasn't so kind, this would probably be a one star rating, but the reason why there is three is because of Mandy. She was very knowledgeable kind, patient and when other patients came in, she told them just to wait a little bit while she finished up with me she didn’t just stop and go elsewhere when she came in the room to wake me up to adjust things. I was not sure how my husband’s sleep study would go, but his doctor recommended advanced sleep and we trust him so we gave it a go! The room was very nice and the bed comfortable. The tech, Nate, was very professional and pleasant. Overall, the process was not close to as bad as we thought it might be. They took great care of him and he slept well. Only woken up once to get sensors adjusted. Finally got help with his sleep apnea, a win for us both! Would recommend advanced sleep if you need a sleep study done.
DO NOT USE advanced sleep solutions! I did both the at-home and in-office sleep study a few weeks apart, the studies themselves were basically fine. The billing however was not! I paid for the at-home at the time I picked up the equipment, and dropped it off on time the next day. A few weeks after I completed the at-home study I was surprised by a bill from Revere Health, a company I hadn't patronized recently, charging me for the analysis of the sleep study results. Had a study done on the 9th of January, it was very interesting. To be honest it was difficult to sleep in a bed that was not my own, not to mention the abundant amount of wires but it was definitely better than I would have expected. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me feel at ease, just a big teddy bear. The room was comfortable and clean and smelled fresh. I hope I never need another sleep study but if I do I will definitely go back to Advanced Sleep Solutions
