Worst company ever, do not use!!! Got an at home sleep test set up they just give you a heavily used clear ziplock bag with the equipment in it which seems really unprofessional and weird.they just gave me this bag and said “here you go have a nice day” no instructions on how to use this stuff, no nothing. When I asked how do I use this I was told “ oh I don’t know, just google it” I had to google how to use this device and after it working for a few minutes I get and notification that one of the sensors isn’t working. they ... read more
Very rude when I checked in at the office to pick up at home device. Then I was surprised with how the process works and that I have to return my device the next morning by 10 am but I had another’s doctors appt at the U hospital the next morning at 8:30 am. No way I was going to make it to Lehi by 7 am and then To the U Hospital in a morning snowstorm (April 1st) with an 1 1/2 hr drive from Lehi to the U. They took my money but never provided the results of my sleep study. That was 2 years ago. Nasty, uncomfortable equipment. Not recommended.
If Mandy wasn't so kind, this would probably be a one star rating, but the reason why there is three is because of Mandy. She was very knowledgeable kind, patient and when other patients came in, she told them just to wait a little bit while she finished up with me she didn’t just stop and go elsewhere when she came in the room to wake me up to adjust things. She was quiet, respectful, soft voiced, I've never done a sleep study before she made it comfortable.. I had to leave for work at 4:45 AM. She came in and woke me up ab... read more
Amazing practice, everyone in the office is super helpful and extremely friendly. Definitely recommend going here for your sleep study!
