Omg...I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the office staff. My husband was recommend for a sleep study by his primary doctor. I just met with my primary doctor this morning and she recommend a sleep study for me also. My husband is scheduled for a sleep on Friday of this week! I called to schedule an appt and they actually were able to schedule me for the same day! As my husband. I could not believe it! Worst company ever, do not use!!! Got an at home sleep test set up they just give you a heavily used clear ziplock bag with the equipment in it which seems really unprofessional and weird.they just gave me this bag and said “here you go have a nice day” no instructions on how to use this stuff, no nothing. When I asked how do I use this I was told “ oh I don’t know, just google it” I had to google how to use this device and after it working for a few minutes I get and notification that one of the sensors isn’t working. they ... read more
Very rude when I checked in at the office to pick up at home device. Then I was surprised with how the process works and that I have to return my device the next morning by 10 am but I had another’s doctors appt at the U hospital the next morning at 8:30 am. No way I was going to make it to Lehi by 7 am and then To the U Hospital in a morning snowstorm (April 1st) with an 1 1/2 hr drive from Lehi to the U. Had they informed me of the next day 10am commitment when I booked the pick-up appt, I would have not scheduled that day... read more
They took my money but never provided the results of my sleep study. That was 2 years ago. Nasty, uncomfortable equipment. Not recommended.
