I arrived at the scheduled time, 9:45 pm, to find the entire parking lot and building dark and empty. No security guard inside or outside. Once in the building, the lighting was terrible. VERY CREEPY. Dark, empty hallways. I almost left then, but decided to just get this over with. When I found the office (3rd floor...dark elevator), the young lady working was very polite and nice. My tech was very efficient and friendly. I had a nice, private room and the bed was very comfy! I was very pleased with on-site and auxiliary staff. I highly recommend ASMS.
