Dropped the ball with my CPAP supplies - was supposed to ship them in December then wouldn’t return my calls for two months - so I had to find my own supplies out of pocket — then they finally sent out a letter saying they sold the supply business to another company — terrible communication and I don’t appreciate ignoring customers while they try to sort out their business problems — I will never do business with them or their new affiliated supplier “Nationwide Medical” — thanks a lot for abandoning your customers.
