I feel the need to say one last thing, and that's I have been a victim of a form of Human Trafficking. Melissa is trying to run off with at least $500 or so of services I paid her. I didn't need any more damn thing happening to me, and she knows it. She doesn't care. She is heartless. Those services are normally $350 a piece. You got mad at me for getting the group on when YOU were the one who gave me permission to use them. Then tried to blame me. I even asked you on the phone call if it was okay to get them. You didn't explain to me how group on worked until AFTER. This was just BS, Melissa. This was part of the reason why you cancelled my massage on me. Even though you knew I had a physical disability where I needed that massage. You didn't want to deal with the group on. Girl, I gave you 2000 500 fcking dollars. She thinks I can look at a simple text message, when I need accommodations. I have caregivers who help me with my schedule for a reason. I went through something traumatic over a year ago (near fatal car accident and more), and still suffering, which can cause a few black outs, but this happened once in the year and a half of working with her. In addition to my review, I gave Melissa $2500 ahead of time. She still owes me like 3 or 4 sessions. Do not let Melissa talk you into giving her a sum of money. I am out like $400 of that $2500 because SHE started issues with me. I asked for a refund and a receipt. She refused. I had 3 more cryo sessions to do and at least one more massage. I feel gipped as a customer.

Melissa doesn't know how to accommodate a person with disabilities. I was in a bad car accident over a year ago. So, she knows I rely on caregivers to get me there, and it takes me 15-18 minutes to get there. My issues started with Melissa last winter when I needed to return my cleanser because the one she gave me didn't work for my skin. To my surprise, she grabbed the same one!
