I would give this place 10 stars. I absolutely love my tattooed eyeliner. I have an autoimmune disorder so eyeliner burns my eyes. This has been one of the best things I ever done for myself. My eyes pop and no mascara needed, but I do wear it when I want to dress up. They numb your lid with an ointment for 20 minutes. Carol is a perfectionist, you will love her work. Mine looks perfect. I took 2 benadryl 45 minutes before my appointment to her with inflammation and it worked perfectly.
