Horrible service! Jen was on her phone the entire duration of my visit. She didn’t know what service I’d booked and when I told her, she said “You should do something that actually works.” If it’s not a service that does anything, why offer it? Jen answered a customer call during my treatment then talked badly about the customer immediately after hanging up. I've been a regular, monthly client of Advanced Skin Care for more than three years. People often stop me and comment about how my great my skin looks (I'm 60+); they ask me what my "secret" is and I always tell them, it's "Skin by Jen"! Jennifer is absolutely amazing. She does a great job and is always extremely accommodating to my work schedule, often fitting me in with short notice. Her equipment is all the latest in the field and she is meticulous in her work. I have been extremely happy with my results. Her prices are also quite reasonable. I give her my highest recommendation.
