All the people are very nice. very professional, the doctors are top notch in every field. I would never go anywhere else.
Went in for the eye exam on Dec 31, and was told I could not order boxes of contacts that I had to order a trial pair and THEN I could order my contacts. Well, 45 days later, I still have not received my trial pair. I have called them 3 times and no return phones calls. I gave in and ordered my contacts online from 1-800 Contacts and received my BOXES of them in less than a week. Still have heard nothing from Advanced Sight Center or Dr. Short;s office. My advice? Stay away and find another office to do business with.
