BAD BAD BUSINESS – The lady who answers the phone is rude as she can be. You feel like you are there to beg them to do their business. i bought 2 sewing machine from them. 1 month later, there was a problem with the machine, i took the machine to them, she told me, it is timing problem, it is not under warranty.
