Last summer my 2003 Dynatech ATS finally stopped working. Fortunately, I live reasonably close to ASAP so I drove up with documentation and pictures and it was suggested that I most likely needed a new relay switch. The recommendation was on point and my ATS for my generator has been working fine since then. Nice to know this knowledgeable company is around

The Team at ASAP helped me trouble shoot me "starting" problem with our Kohler Confidant 4 RV generator. I first thought it was a bad starter but after explaining the symptoms to the technical team @ ASAP they suggested I check the battery connections , starter connection and grounds and make sure there is no corrosion and that they are tight.
