Jim went above and beyond helping me find a generator part I had been calling all over the place to find. He was so pleasant, attentive and professional it made what had been an exhausting afternoon of search pleasant. When he first got on the line, I told him I was looking for a hero - and he delivered. Now I know where to call first!
I needed a pair of engine magnetos for my aging house generator and literally the ONLY place I could find that stocked these was ASAP (Advanced Service And Parts) I ordered what I needed, got the parts very quickly, and my generator was back up and running a week after I first noticed it not starting. Wow! what a great experience. Found that I needed a new fuel pump for my 5ECD Kohler genny the Sunday before we were leaving for our annual Labor Day boat trip... Ordered Sun evening, with overnight shipment. Received an email Mon morning that the order had been processed and that it would ship Monday for Tuesday delivery (the website shows if there's stock). Amazing customer service for the online side. Haven't been to the storefront. However they are responsive and understanding when I ordered the wrong part and had to cancel. Will definetly use them for all my boat generator parts needs. Huge selection of hard to find circuit/control boards for all types of generators even thoes from the early 80s. Good prices as well.
