Called Roy when our pump alarm was continually going off. He didn't mention his $200 house call fee. He came out and did little to examine the system just sprayed water and lifted floats with his long hook and declared it was working fine and charged us $200. Alarm started going off shortly after his visit and when we called him he seemed upset we stated we wouldn't be paying another $200 house call he needed to come actually fix it. This place is a clown show, and will steal your money. Nothing but drama with them for years. They make you sign some "contract" SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive than anyone else for service they "claim" they will do at some point. They will not notify you if and when they come out or explain any service they allegedly do. We constantly had to call them (good luck getting them to pick up) and ask if they had come out. Had a septic pump issue, he was able to make it out same day and got it fixed quick.
Had a service call to unblock ice in our sewar lines. They came recommended because they had the specific equipment to do the job. They showed up and briefly looked at the problem, said they didn't want to run a camera because they wouldn't see anything. Proceeded to plunge the drain making a mess and leaving us worse off just to tell us that they think its a clog and they didn't have equipment to do it. Charged us $150 for said mess and left. Based on the reviews here, I contacted ASDM about my tank which was overflowing a bit. Roy and Carter came by today, Monday after I sent Roy a text on Saturday. He was prompt in texting me back on Saturday and said he would contact me Monday (today) which he did. This allowed me time to contact another local septic company who also said they would contact me on Monday. Both called back but Roy was able to come sooner so I went with him.
