Had a service call to unblock ice in our sewar lines. They came recommended because they had the specific equipment to do the job. They showed up and briefly looked at the problem, said they didn't want to run a camera because they wouldn't see anything. Proceeded to plunge the drain making a mess and leaving us worse off just to tell us that they think its a clog and they didn't have equipment to do it. Charged us $150 for said mess and left. Based on the reviews here, I contacted ASDM about my tank which was overflowing a bit. Roy and Carter came by today, Monday after I sent Roy a text on Saturday. He was prompt in texting me back on Saturday and said he would contact me Monday (today) which he did. This allowed me time to contact another local septic company who also said they would contact me on Monday. Both called back but Roy was able to come sooner so I went with him. Bottom line - Roy is the best! When we first experienced a septic pump issue I had two local businesses recommend Roy. So I called him and he answered his phone right away - while he was on vacation! He walked me through some diagnostic checks on my system and got a service tech on my job that same day - all while on vacation! What a high level of service.
