Needed storage for short period of time as moving 2 hours away and again chose Advanced Storage in Richmond BC . Very accommodating ,relaxed, friendly with exceptional Customer Service. I know that the staff at AS look after their customers because I received a call advising I had incorrectly placed my lock and what did I want to do , I was offered extended days at my need and was helped with some left over boxes to mention a few situations. This is a great location with very friendly, knowledgeable staff.. Sanjay, Mura, and Myra.. they helped me find the right storage room size for my situation and went thru a speedy process because of my time constraints.. everything was very clear and concise with a smile and a welcome attitude.. I look forward to saying hello to staff when I need to visit my storage room.. thank you kind staff..
