My complaint revolves around this company's failure to inform me that there was a $155 charge just to send someone out, regardless of whether they do anything or not when I made the appointment. I would not have made the appointment had I been told that. The technician, who was very nice, was at our home for 8 minutes, only to confirm something that we knew: that the key was stuck in the cylinder and would not turn. He could not solve the problem, and did not mention anything about the charge to come out, nor did he have me ... read more
