I had to get an electric scooter for my mother after she broke her hip. I couldn't understand why we had to go with such an expensive scooter until the staff showed me why they recommended a custom item. They were very helpful assessing her condition and with explaning my insurance E.O.B. to tell me what parts my insurance covered and did not cover.
