Brandon did an excellent job with my roof inspection. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to break everything down in a way I could understand. His presentation was clear and detailed. I appreciate the effort he put into making sure I knew exactly what was going on with my roof. Highly recommend him.

I would leave 10 stars if they allowed. I had a new roof put on three years ago buy another company. It started to leak almost immediately. They had done such a poor job, I didn’t want to call them back. I asked a friend if she has any recommendations and she told me her neighbor had Advance Roofing Solutions and she was really pleased. In may 2023 I had some shingles replaced on the roof due to a leak. Paid this company 1000 dollars to fix it. I was happy with the work. Months later when it would rain I thought I could hear a leak in the roof, but I thought I was imagining it. Two years later had to get the house inspected because it is currently pending sale. The inspector found mold in the attic and a leak in the same spot that I had this company work on. I was told by them that the warranty expired but they would work with me. I’d just like to thank Advanced Roofing for the excellent service they provided. Adam and his staff surpassed my expectations. This is the first time I had to file a home insurance claim and they really set my mind at ease during the whole process. I was worried I’d have to pay much more than what my insurance covered and this wasn’t the case, thank goodness. Had a small job, agreed to terms and time line, then never showed up the day of the job, returned my call the expected day of the job to move it to the following week. Assured me they were going to be there and already had the materials, then didn’t show up and never returned any call. Completely unacceptable to accept a job and not have plans to do the job and not even willing to tell the customer they didn’t want the job.
