Had a small job, agreed to terms and time line, then never showed up the day of the job, returned my call the expected day of the job to move it to the following week. Assured me they were going to be there and already had the materials, then didn’t show up and never returned any call. Completely unacceptable to accept a job and not have plans to do the job and not even willing to tell the customer they didn’t want the job. Five stars isn’t enough to rate the service and attention we got from Adam Kniphfer at Advanced! From the first meeting until the completion of the job he was in communication with us on the status of the work. We were never left wondering what was happening. The crew was quick, kept our yard safe, and cleaned up after the work was completed.
