Waited 1/2 hour past my appointment time walked out. Nineteen people in waiting room all waiting.Double booking appointments. This is a typical Florida insurance mill.
Very rude staff on the phone, unprofessional attitude to caller, prejudice and not polite. Will never put a foot there or recommend this place to anyone.
Dr. Lieb and his staff are organized and friendly. He has a great sense of humor. Sometimes he is a bit behind but worth the wait. The customer service is amazing, they are very acommodating.
I have been seeing Dr. Lieb and his staff for roughly 6 years now. He has completed 2 Victrectomies to repair my retinas and preformed laser procedures to help maintain my vision. He is very knowledgeable and friendly as is his staff. When I have had emergencies arise, like an eye injury on a Sunday evening a year ago I called his after hours number and within an hour he returned my call personally and had me come in as soon as they opned the following morning.
