Terrible experience from start to finish. Communication was poor, the crew arrived late multiple times, and the work quality did not match what was promised. After the job was completed, there were still visible issues that had to be fixed again. Customer service was unhelpful whenever concerns were raised, and it felt like they only cared about getting paid quickly. I expected professional restoration work but ended up disappointed and stressed throughout the entire process. Would not recommend based on my experience.
