Karla managed all the timing perfectly and kept me updated. The team dried the area quickly and left everything clean. Very straightforward, reliable service from start to finish.

Our guest room paint was deteriorating due to water damage. Most of the drying was done by pleasant Javier. Since this was my first time, Michelle from the office explained the processes. To reduce moisture, the staff cleaned and examined everyday. It took days, but the results were good. No problem calling them again.

There was a minor fire in the kitchen that left smoke all over the place. Miguel and Javier cleaned up and got rid of the smell, and they did a great job. Every day, Caitlin checked in to make sure everything was going according to plan. They were gentle with our cabinets and appliances, and they took their time cleaning sure the smell was entirely gone. At no point did I feel rushed or confused. I'm really grateful for the thorough work and the calm demeanor throughout.
