My experience was frustrating and disappointing. Communication was consistently poor — messages went unanswered or received vague, unhelpful replies. It was difficult to get clear updates or any sense of reliability. When concerns were raised, there was no accountability or effort to resolve the issues. Instead of taking responsibility, I was met with deflection and indifference. Professionalism and transparency were sorely lacking throughout. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
Worst experience. Rude staff unwilling to help. Would not recommend and highly recommend seeking another company that cares about its customers. Did a terrible job with restoration and problem persisted.
