This company employee used scary tactics to get our job and also was very unprofessional and rude in conversations when I had questions after we had already paid for the sanitation. Story: My family and I were concerned about the potential for mold in our house. I had this company come out to clean out my A/C ducts due to heavy dust in my home. The guy came over and did a visual inspection (mind you he didn't remove one vent cover) and told me there was a lot of mold and that before he could do a cleaning he would have to sanitize the ducts and that costs $999.99. I thought this was ridiculous and said I would not be doing this treatment.
