If you're looking for a great company to do your carpet cleaning, look no further these are the folks that you need to call. I'm somewhat of a picky person, so after there first initial cleaning (which was very good) there was still some areas that i wanted to be cleaner, so they came out a total of 4 times to satisfy me, at no extra charge. After finding a water leak in another room I called Advanced Restoration for the second issue. I explained, I had to pay cash for this repair and would do some of the work myself. Carrie and her team worked with us to minimize the cost. I would use them again. David S.
ARPI: After our kitchen flooded, ruining our island flooring and other areas, our insurance company sent out Advanced Restoration to dry out the kitchen. They proceeded to estimate the damage for insurance purposes. Afterward, they started the restoration work on time, according to the schedule they provided. I would highly recommend Advance Restoration Plus INC.
These folks were amazing! They were efficient, prompt and had my house back in order within hours! Definitely would recommend and awesome customer service! Shout out to Carrie especially!
