This company is not to be trusted, my story is way too long to put into a detailed review. I had mold in my closet from a leaky roof. They came in, recommened i do an insurance claim pushing me to claim my roof and the rest would be covered (never do this unless the scale is tremendous), insurance denied claim and they sent insurance a $13k bill I was on the hook for. They were only concern about the money from the insurance co. Didn't care about the customer, just in it for the money. They kept the equipment at my home for about 3 week, pretending like my floors were still wet. Just to charge at a higher cost. With all the manipulation I canceled their services , they lied about doing mold treatment to get paid. I regret using Advanced Restoration Co. Terrible service!
