Randy was AMAZING! He was incredibly fast with getting to us to evaluate our concerns with possible moisture coming from either the ground or roofline. He explained everything so thoroughly with how each of his tools work. He also uses multiple tools to find and assess any areas of concern, including our wood floor. Randy came out after hours and made what could have been a real headache very easy to clean up. He had great communication the whole time and took care of all my issues. Highly recommend them and will use them again.

Randy and his crew were onsite within 3hrs of our initial call to them! He assessed our water issues and had baseboards removed, water vacuumed and fans running within 5hrs! 4 days later we are dry and back to normal.
