This place is a joke and Juan is the worst carpet cleaner in history. He doesn't care about getting a job done right he just cares about getting as many done in a day as he can. The fist time they were 3 hours late and cleaned it all in 25 min or less... way to quick and didn't try to get deep dirt out... so I called them a couple days later because it didn't look that clean. the second time they came out they were an hour late and ruched through it again. I just had my carpet cleaned by Scott using the New Oxy-Clean solution, and wow, I am totally amazed how clean it turned out! I have off-white carpeting throughout my house and it really does look like it did when it was first installed 12 years ago.
