I came here with my mom for a breathing test. Nic took great care of my mom. My mom struggled with the tests and needed lots of encouragement. Nic was patient and caring throughout the entire process. She explained each test well and got my mom through it. If you come here, I would recommend seeing Nic.
Nic was absolutely lovely during my appointment would highly recommend seeing her.
Nic was my respiratory therapist. It was explained to me that my appointment with her was to discuss CPAP machines and options I will have moving forward with my sleep therapy. When I arrived she had already had the Phillips dream station 2 set up and opened without any discussion about other products. I was okay with this as she/he are the trusted professionals, until I got home and learned how the Phillips dream station 1 had been recalled due to carcinogens in the machine. One of the worst experiences we have had with doctors, they are very rude and do not care if you understand what your medical problem is, in the case of my wife her allergies. It seems like you are in a time-sensitive appointment and if you ask for an explanation of some medical terms they get upset. After the first appointment we received a call for my wife to start the treatment for which I had to request time off from my work to be able to accompany her.
