I went in there today to ask questions about prices on equipment in order to know how much to bid jobs for and I was told that I was asking too many questions I was asked to leave the store I was literally kicked out of the store
Terrible customer service. Charged double what we were originally quoted, extremely rude. I will never rent from this guy again. This guy was a real jerk.
I have used this center for around ten years.They keep a record of your credit card on file usually.Today I rented a areator.I picked it up as usual.I live near Cumming but we still use these people.I got it here and finished.I took it back as I usually do.When I got there They told me I didn't have a card on file.I know I did because I registered a new one about six months ago.I only had sixty bucks cash on me as I don't carry the card around and It was supposed to be on file.They threatened to have me arrested for non paym... read more
