Ken and his team did a great job rebuilding our decks! Ken is a great communicator and probably the only contractor we ever dealt with who reliably showed up when he said he would. Good quality and price.
It’s very difficult when you live out of state to trust a contractor to fulfill a remodeling project. Advanced Remodeling with Ken and his team surpassed every wish and desire we hoped for. Ken communicated well thru the project and his team exhibited professionalism and kindness throughout. Finished on time with no overruns. We would recommend them highly.
After some initial delays the finished product looks even better than expected. All workers were polite and I was consulted along the way as to my preferences. Had to navigate language differences but manageable. Would definitely rehire for additional projects. Very happy in all and price more than competitive with other estimates.
