Donors Beware! Please read! I donated my car through Advanced Remarketing Services. I was led to believe the proceeds would go to to my designated charity. First, they took 3 weeks to pick up my car after promising they would pick it up within the week. Second, they like to state that they "give over 80% of the proceeds to your charity". However, they neglect disclose that they will sell your vehicle at an extremely cut rate/discounted wholesale price as cheaply as possible, so that 80% figure is extremely misleading if you ... read more
Awful. Would not recommend. I was told the guy would be here one day and he never showed, despite repeated calls and e-mails. I sat here all day, waiting for this idiot to show and he couldn’t even bother to call and reschedule. ZERO respect for YOUR TIME or work schedule. Take your business elsewhere.
I wish I'd read the other review regarding the habitat for humanity donation before going that route. This company has given me nothing but the run around. The person I originally talked to was very nice but apparently all the information she gave me was wrong. She told me the wrong time for the pick up. I had to leave work to get the driver the key and title when he showed up 6 hours earlier than scheduled. They then apparently lost the title.
